After winning the regional scholarship level of Kohl's "Kids Who Care" Scholarship Program, Jeff was recognized as a 2009 National Winner!The ten national winners were awarded $5,000 scholarships and Kohl’s will donate $1,000 to a nonprofit organization on their behalf.
